EMDR Certified Therapist

Welcome! I’m Jordi, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping individuals create meaningful, authentic, and lasting change in their lives. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, allowing us to work collaboratively in a supportive, reflective space. As an EMDR Certified therapist, I enjoy using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process past traumas and other emotional blocks they may be experiencing. This powerful, evidence-based method utilizes a somatic approach to help the body and mind release trauma, shift limiting beliefs, and create lasting change. I work with motivated clients ready to heal and move forward with confidence, embracing their most authentic selves.

A core pillar of my work is the belief in the transformative power of trusting, safe relationships. In these therapeutic connections, we create a space where reflection, processing, learning, and the crafting of new, empowering narratives can take place. This journey requires tremendous courage and vulnerability, and I feel deeply honored to walk alongside each of my clients as they navigate their path toward becoming a more cohesive, integrated version of themselves.

I obtained my B.A. in Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University, and my M.A. of Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Azusa Pacific University. Although I am originally from Southern California, I always knew that I was meant to be in Seattle. I am passionate about learning, the great outdoors, traveling, a good cup of coffee, my family, and my german shorthaired pointer.
