Services I Offer
Individual Therapy
I work with individuals (teens and adults) dealing with anxiety, trauma, and/or life transitions who are searching for a better understanding of themselves. I view each individual within the context of their larger relational system(s), and encourage my clients to examine these systems and their influences throughout our work together.
EMDR Therapy
I am an EMDR Certified Therapist through EMDRIA. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a treatment modality that allows clients to reprocess and reintegrate traumatic experiences and/or memories in a safe, contained, yet more experiential way.
Premarital Counseling
I work with premarital couples as a Certified PREPARE/ENRICH Facilitator. This certification allows me to work closely with couples in their season of engagement so that they can feel better prepared for their next chapter together.

Insurance
I am considered an out-of-network provider. This means that my clients pay out-of-pocket for sessions and apply for reimbursement through their insurance. At the end of each calendar month, I provide my clients with a Superbill, which clients then send to their insurance provider for partial reimbursement.
Prior to the commencement of therapy, it may be helpful to call your insurance provider to learn more about out-of-network benefits regarding outpatient mental health.
